Rowlando Morgan - Director

Full Circle Economics (FCE) was launched 2024. With a strong background in central government and private sector consulting, Rowlando Morgan, FCE's Director and Founder, brings a wealth of experience to the table. His journey has taken him from Cambridge, to the Bank of England, HM Treasury, the Department for Transport and beyond.  His many years of working as an adviser to colleagues within government have equipped him with the experience required to turn data into robust and rigours advice, which supports impactful decisions and outcomes.

FCE is dedicated to supporting, public and private sector clients, along with charities and industry representative bodies, with sound economic consultancy advice. Whilst Rowlando works predominantly independently, he has expert academic professionals on hand to provide senior guidance and analytical support. FCE also has options to collaborate with other established firms to deliver work. This means that additional support is on hand to provide  additional capacity where it is required and expertise in ancillary areas.
